Sky Composites has its headquarters register in Zurich and is specialized in the Composite Materials related advanced R&D, Manufacturing & Processing and Global Distribution.

Sky Composites currently owns operating assets in USA, China, Ecuador, Hungary, Italy and South Africa, with global sales activities.

Sky Composites is a platform that is continuously expanding new technologies / products / services, new industrial applications, as well as new geographic coverage through a series of R&D efforts, direct investments, and M&As to drive its rapid profitable growth.

Corporate Development

  • 1992

    Sky Composites was established in Beijing, China.

  • 1994

    The tool-making training center was set up in Beijing, China.

  • 2002

    9 branches and 5 warehouses had expanded progressively in China.

  • 2006

    Martex, a core material kitting facility was founded in Qingdao, China.

  • 2012

    A glass fiber fabrics production facility was acquired in Changzhou, China.

  • 2012-2016

    Acquired Colbasi, a Balsa wood manufacture, and set up partnership with Maricell.

  • 2016

    Sky Advanced Materials, a carbon fiber fabrics manufacturing facility was founded in Hungary.

  • 2017-2019

    Set up Martex Dallas and Martex Budapest, started supplying core materials globally.

  • 2020

    With making investment, set up the partnership with Aerotnic in South Africa.

  • 2021

    Became the major shareholder of Carbon-Core, a non-woven mat manufacture in USA.

  • 2022

    Started the development of production base in Lianyungang, China. Core materials, carbon fiber and glass fiber fabrics
